Now That’s Service
We had a customer call looking to rent a quad-mast forklift that would reach 20 foot high in the air. They wanted to do a survey to see how much more efficient their warehouse could be if they could stack materials one more pallet high.
We were able to arrange for the forklift to be delivered to the customer that same day (even though it was 9 o’clock at night). When I spoke with my customer the next morning they were incredulous at the service we had provided them. I told them it was all part of how we operate here at Berry Material Handling. In our eyes every customer is our most important customer, and we will work to provide the most sensible, economical, and time sensitive solution that is possible.
